BC „Moldindconbank” SA announces the request for proposal for the acquisition of Electronic Document Management System”.

Minimum requirements for participation:

  • Experience in business under the current organizational name and services offered within the last 3 yearsLack of involvement in liquidation (reorganization), insolvency or other forms of business termination;
  •  To have an open account with BC „Moldindconbank” S.A. otherwise to open an account in case of winning the  tender(for residents).

Additional requirements for participants:

  • The  proposalwill be complete for each item; 
  • The proposed price will include the cost of fees and taxes in accordance with applicable law;
  • Price offer  in accordance with the requirements specified in the specifications;
  • Extract  from the State Register of enterprises (copy);
  • Activity authorization/license (copy) ;
  • The “Know-Your-Partner” Application Form completed by the participant;
  • Declaration for BC „Moldindconbank” S.A. on ethical  behaviorand non-involvement in fraudulent and corrupt practices.

 Proposal evaluation:

  • Evaluation criteria:
  • Cost and pricing – 40%; 
  • Compliance with technical requirements – 60% (details in the specifications attached below).
  • Bids will be examined confidentially and the company whose bid meets the evaluation criteria will be recognized as the winner;
  • The Bank will inform the participants about the results of the bid evaluation after the full completion of the relevant procedure;
  • The Bank reserves the right not to inform the company about materials  submitted by other competitors;
  • The Bank  shall have the right to reject any or all bids and to cancel the tender at any time  prior to signing a contract with the winner and shall be released from any liability to participants or third parties.

 Proposal presentation:

  • The documents specified in the tender request will be submitted in secure electronic format (with password) no later than the submission deadline 22.03.2024 at 1700 to the address logistica@micb.md (password will be sent by SMS to the number phone or email at the request of the Bank’s representatives in the next 2 working days after the date set for receiving the offers). Extended deadline for submission of offers – 05.04.2024.
  • The Bank confirms its availability to answers to all questions that may arise.
