RFP for the proposals for the acquisition and implementation of a Business Process Management platform

BC „Moldindconbank” SA announces RFP for the proposals for the acquisition and implementation of a Business Process Management platform (from now on referred to as ‘BPM’) with low-code capabilities.

Minimum participation requirements:

  • Experience in the field for the last 3 years.
  • Lack of involvement in liquidation procedures (reorganization), insolvency or other forms of insolvency proceedings cessation of business;
  • To have an open account with BC „Moldindconbank” S.A. otherwise to open an account in case of winning the competition (for residents).

Additional requirements for participants:

  • The offer will be complete for every position;
  • The proposed price will include charges for fees and taxes in accordance with current legislation;
  • Price offer according to the requirements stipulated in the specifications;
  • Extract  from the State Register of enterprises (copy);
  • Activity authorization/license (copy) ;
  • The “Know-Your-Partner” Application Form completed by the participant;
  • Declaration for BC „Moldindconbank” S.A. on ethical conduct and non-involvement in fraudulent and corrupt practices.

Proposal evaluation:

  • Evaluation criteria:
  • Price offer – 40%
  • Alignment with business objectives – 25%
  • Technical compatibility and security objectives – 25%
  • Availability to conduct a free-of-charge Proof of concept (PoC) on bank perimeter – 10%;
  • Bids will be examined confidentially and the winning bid will be the company whose bid meets the evaluation criteria;
  • The Bank will inform the participants about the results of the bids evaluation once the respective procedure has been fully completed;
  • The Bank reserves the right not to inform the company about materials presented by other competitors;
  • The Bank is entitled to reject any or all bids and to withdraw from the competition at any time until the contract with the winner has been signed, and is exempt from any liability to participants or third parties.

Proposal presentation:

  • Deadline for submission of tenders is 24.04.2025 at 17:00.
  • The documents specified in the request for tenders must be submitted no later than the deadline for submission of tenders in secure electronic format (with password) at logistica@micb.md. The password will be sent to the email that will be indicated in the request.
  • The Bank confirms its availability to answers to all questions that may arise.
