With the “My Addresses” feature in MICB Mobile Banking, you can manage your bills in one place, and when it’s time to pay, you can settle all selected bills from one cart with a single authorization.

At the same time, if you pay bills for multiple properties, you can create separate carts for each address: your home, your vacation house, or the homes of your loved ones. Choose a name for each property — you can assign it any name you like and link it to the corresponding address.

How does it work?

1. Create a cart for each address

Choose the type of property — apartment, house, villa, or studio — assign it the name you want, and link the cart to the corresponding address.

You can create as many carts as you need, depending on the number of properties or addresses for which you make payments. For example:

“My Apartment”;

“Parents”;

“Children”;

“Vacation House”.

2. Add all the services you pay for

In each cart, you can add the payment templates for utility services that you have previously created and pay regularly.

You can also add bills directly by using the bill reference number, depending on the service you want to pay for.

3. Save the carts

After setup, each cart remains saved in the “My Addresses” section.

This means you no longer need to search every time for the services and bills you need to pay. Just choose the address, and all related payments will be in one place.

4. Pay all your bills in one click

When it’s time to pay, open the desired cart and select all bills or only certain ones, depending on your needs.

For bills that require additional information, such as meter readings, enter the requested details.

The system automatically calculates the total amount of the selected bills. Choose the card you want to use for the payment and confirm the transaction with a single SCA authorization.

This way, multiple bills can be paid together without the need to authorize each payment separately.
