SMS-Notification–a short text message sent to  customer in response to each card transaction made.

What does it contain?

When making card transactions, topping up the card account and in case of rejected transactions.

Possibilities

The card account holder, being subscribed to the SMS-Notifications service, will receive SMS notifications after transactions have been made.

The SMS-Notifications service is available for Moldcell, Orange and Unite telephone numbers.

FAQ:

  • Via Mobile Banking or Web Banking.
  • At any ATM of the Bank, by selecting the ‘SMS Alerts’ option in the ATM’s main menu.
  • At any Moldindconbank branch or agency, by submitting the application, the identity document.

A customer eligible for using the SMS-Notifications service and other notification messages is any individual, holder of a card account to which an active card is attached, or any individual, holder of an active secondary card, or any individual, who intends to open a card account.

  • Changing the package, the phone number or cancelling the subscription can be done at any Moldindconbank ATM or office.
  • The service fee is charged upon subscription, when changing the package and on the first day of each calendar month, according to the Tariffs in force.
  • For each SMS received after the number of messages included in the package has been exhausted, a fee is charged, according to the Tariffs in force.
  • I immediately find out about the salary transferred to my account;
  • I didn’t have enough money in the supermarket to pay for goods – I find out the balance from the SMS and know what I have to take out of the basket, so that I have enough money;
  • I want to know my balance – I just look at the last message;
  • Somebody has stolen my card – I find this out at the first attempt to use the card and immediately call the Support Service to block it;
  • The waiter has told me that the payment has not worked, but I see in the SMS that the amount has been taken out of the account.

If you have subscribed only one card account to this service, know that SMS-Notifications will be activated automatically for all cards attached to that card account.

If you have several card accounts, the subscription to the service is made for each card account.
