The bank statement of the card account provides cardholders with the information about the transactions made with the card.

To activate the service, go to the nearest Moldindconbank branch and complete a request form to receive the bank statement by e-mail.

If the cardholder requests the bank statement at the branch, he/she shall present the identity card and, as the case may be, the card.

To opt out of receiving the bank statement or to change the access password to this service, contact the Customer Support Service at 022 71 71 71.

FAQ:

The cardholder can request the bank statement at any branch. If the cardholder goes to a branch other than  where the account was opened, he/she will receive the information only upon presenting the card.
