The School of Arts in Taraclia Rayon will benefit from a new, modern, and well-equipped painting classroom, due to a donation from Moldindconbank.

At present, the school’s 98 students, divided into five groups, hold their classes in only two rooms, which seriously limits the institution’s capacity to welcome new talents, even though interest from children and parents remains very high every year.

The new classroom will meet all sanitary and technical standards, featuring proper lighting and optimal conditions for teaching visual arts. In addition, the new space will make it possible to introduce new practical disciplines such as sculpture and ceramics.

“This donation from Moldindconbank fills us with joy and hope. It is much more than a simple renovation — it means giving our children the chance to learn art in dignified, creative, and safe conditions. We thank you for choosing to support the talents of the young generation in Taraclia,”  Serghei Berov, acting director of the institution, said.

The repair and renovation works will take place during the summer vacation, and the new classroom is scheduled to open in September 2026.

“This year we are celebrating 35 years of activity, and we continue to believe that investing in education and culture is the most important contribution to the country’s future. We will continue to stand by communities and projects that inspire future generations,” Tatiana Marcu, PR Manager at Moldindconbank, said.

Through this gesture, Moldindconbank reaffirms its strong commitment to developing art education and supporting young talents in the Republic of Moldova.
