To provide you with a modern and enhanced travel experience, the Mastercard Travel Experiences platform will be replaced by the new Mastercard Travel Pass application — an updated solution with expanded features and a more intuitive booking process.

The new platform will continue to allow you to access Fast Track services and other premium benefits through a simpler and more efficient interface.
What’s new?
Starting from July 22, 2026, the Mastercard Travel Experiences application will be completely replaced by Mastercard Travel Pass.
All existing bookings and active benefits will be transferred automatically to the new platform.
There is no need to create a new account — you will use the same login details (email and password).
QR codes already issued for existing bookings will remain valid.

Important information for users
For new users
Starting from May 12, 2026, new accounts can be created exclusively in the Mastercard Travel Pass application.
For existing Mastercard Travel Experiences users
You will be able to use the current application until July 21, 2026.
From July 22, 2026, you will only need to:
1. download the Mastercard Travel Pass;
2. log in using your current access credentials.
All your settings, bookings, and benefits will be automatically available in the new application.

If you have forgotten your password, it can be reset directly in the application using the dedicated option.
