Fast Track

  • Fast Track service allows you to go through security quickly at airports in Europe and Asia.

     

  • The service gives you a separate corridor or special line to avoid long queues and reduce waiting time.

Fast Track passes:

To benefit from the Fast Track service you will need your boarding pass and the QR code that represents your Fast Track area pass.

Depending on the card you have, the way to order the required QR-code is different.

  • Mastercard World Elite/Platinum
  • Visa Platinum

Download the Mastercard Travel Experiences app or visit the website https://travelexperiences.mastercard.com;

Register your card;

Enter your contact details as requested;

Enter your password and accept the conditions;

After the “Successful registration” text appears, choose the Booking section at the bottom of the page;

Click Order Fast Track Service;

Enter the name of the airport where you wish to use the service;

Click Book;

Select the terminal, date and time slot, number of passengers;

Enter the requested personal data;

If the data entered is correct, click Book;

Pay with a Mastercard Premium card. Get the QR code and upload it to your e-wallet or save it in the app;

Register or be registered in the VisaConcierge Chabot;

Select Visa Travel from the main Chabot menu, and then select Fast Track International;

Select the country and airport;

Click Get a voucher;

Select one of the proposed flight types: Departure, International Departure or International Arrival;

Provide the necessary data to receive a PDF file with a QR code for Fast Track;

You can book Fast Track for your companions. In this case, the service for your companions will be charged. The exact price at the airport/terminal will be available on the mobile app and on the website.‎

There is no charge for children up to a certain age. However, airports have their own age restrictions. Check these details in the application or on the website before booking.‎

No, this does not entitle you to a faster border control. You only have access to the Fast Track area at the airport.‎

In the app or on the website, you can see where the Fast Track area is located in the airport of your choice. This will show the exact location of the Fast Track area within the airport.‎

Fast Track reservations cannot be changed.
