To make a money transfer, the customer (the Sender) shall:

Come to any branch/secondary office of the Bank with a valid identity document (in original) and supporting documents.

Specify exactly:

– Country to which the money is to be sent;

– Surname, name and patronymic of Beneficiary individual (phone number and/or address and/or other data, if necessary), in case of Beneficiary legal entity: bank account details.

– Amount and currency of money transfer.

Have at your disposal the necessary funds for the transfer and the commission to be charged.

Sign the request for money transfer and the cash collection order upon sending.

The Bank shall not be liable for informing the Beneficiary about the transfer made.

When making money transfers to the account, you need to specify:

Surname and name of beneficiary.

Name of the beneficiary’s bank.

Beneficiary’s bank code (BIC).

Beneficiary’s account number (IBAN).

When receiving money, the customer (the Beneficiary) shall:

Come to any branch/secondary office of the Bank with a valid identity document (in original).

Specify exactly:

– Name of money transfer system;

– One-time identification code of money transfer;

– Amount and currency of money transfer;

– Surname, name and patronymic of Sender.

Sign the request for money transfer and the cash collection order  upon receiving.

FAQ:

a) The money transfer data sent by the Bank can be changed subject to the Sender’s written request, if the money has not been paid to the Beneficiary.

b) The money transfer data that can be changed are:

– Surname, name, patronymic of Beneficiary individual;

– Contact details (address, phone number) of Beneficiary individual.

c) To change the money transfer data, the Sender shall submit the following documents, without exception, to the branch/secondary office of the Bank that has made the operation:

– Valid identity document (in original);

– Documents certifying the money transfer: the request for money transfer and/or the cash collection order upon sending;

– Request for change of money transfer filled out at the counter of the branch/secondary office.

The money sent from the Bank can be returned subject to the Sender’s request, unless the money has been issued to the Beneficiary.

To return the money, the Sender shall submit the following documents to the branch/secondary office of the Bank that has made the operation:

– Valid identity document (in original);

– Documents certifying the money transfer: the request for money transfer and/or the cash collection order upon receiving;

– Request for return of transferred money, in free form, at the counter of the branch/secondary office.

The resident individual can send abroad money for family expenses to each family member, as follows:

1) Transfer not exceeding EUR 10,000 (or its equivalent) – without submitting supporting documents to the Bank;

2) Transfer exceeding EUR 10,000 (or its equivalent) – by submitting to the Bank the documents confirming:

a) Family member status;

b) Scope of funds of the individual in favor of whom the transfer is made, indicating the payment/transfer amount.
