Access to Lounge Key lounges is provided based on a valid Visa Platinum, Mastercard Platinum, or Mastercard World Elite card, subject to conditions, upon presentation of your boarding pass and an identification document.

To find each lounge, as well as the list of facilities and services offered, we recommend the LOUNGE KEY mobile app, where the cardholder can create their own profile and study the area of the country they are travelling to.

Access conditions

In order to gain access to the Lounge Key Zones, holders of Mastercard Premium cards must achieve the following turnover amounts:

  • World Elite – 18,000 lei
  • Mastercard Platinum – 9,000 lei
  • Pudra Card – 9,000 lei

Turnover Calculation:

The required turnover will be calculated based on the transactions made in the last 30 + 5 days. It is important to note that transactions made in the 5 days preceding the flight will not be taken into account.

Access with Mastercard Premium cards is available in any of the following ways:

  • By presenting the physical card;
  • By scanning the digital card (QR code) in the LoungeKey app (available on the App Store and Google Play – the physical card does not need to be presented in this case).

To benefit from guaranteed access to Lounge Key areas, please ensure that at least 24 hours have passed since the activation of your Mastercard Premium card (Platinum or World Elite).

To gain access to the Lounge Key Zones, Visa Platinum cardholders must achieve the following turnover:

  • Visa Platinum – $1.

The required turnover will be calculated based on the transactions carried out in the last 30 + 5 days. It is important to note that transactions made in the last 5 days prior to the flight will not be taken into account.

No, only the cardholder can visit a business lounge. Before entering, a staff member will check that the names on the bankcard match those on boarding pass or ID.

Holders of Mastercard World Elite and Mastercard Platinum cards can locate the Lounge Key lounge more easily through the Lounge Key app, while holders of Visa Platinum cards can do so via the Visa Airport Companion app.
