All you need to do in the event that one of your family members is involved in an insured medical emergency is to:

– call +373 22 994 955 regarding the occurrence of the insured risk through the available channels;

– keep and submit all documents confirming the occurrence of the insured risk and related costs as an annex to the claim;

– submit the claim and documents confirming the degree of kinship on your return to the country within 30 days.

Important! Family members do not need to be listed in the insurance policy to be eligible for compensation.
