BC „Moldindconbank” SA informs you about the launch of the tender for the purchase of automatic espresso machines.

Participation requirements:

  • Experience in the field during the last 3 years;
  • No involvement in liquidation (reorganization), insolvency or other procedures for cessation of activity;
  • To have an open account with BC „Moldindconbank” S.A. otherwise to open an account in case of winning the competition.

Additional requirements for participants:

  • The offer is to be submitted in full;
  • The proposed price shall include expenses for fees and taxes in accordance with the legislation in force (including VAT).

Required documents to be submitted:

  • The price offer according to the requirements stipulated in the specifications;
  • Extract from the State Register of Enterprises (copy);
  • Business authorization/license (copy) ;
  • “Know your partner” questionnaire;
  • Declaration to BC “Moldindconbank” S.A. on confirmation of adherence to ethical principles and anti-fraud and anti-corruption policies.
  • Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire (Annex 10).

Tender evaluation:

  • Evaluation criteria :
  • Price – 80%;
  • Execution term – 10%,
  • Warranty period – 10%.
  • The bids will be examined confidentially and the winner will be the company whose bid corresponds to the established evaluation criteria;
  • The Bank will inform the participants about the results of the evaluation of the bids, after the full completion of the respective procedure;
  • The Bank reserves the right not to inform the company about the materials offered by other companies;
  • Bank has the right to reject any or all bids and to cancel the tender at any time until the contract with the winner has been signed, and is exempt from any liability to participants or third parties.

Bid Submission:

  • The documents specified in the RFP shall be submitted in a secure electronic format (with password) no later than the submission deadline date and time  on 10.10.2024 at 17.00 to logistica@micb.md password will be sent by SMS to the phone number or email upon request to the Bank’s representatives within 2 working days after the date set for receipt of bids)
