BC „Moldindconbank” SA announces the request for proposals for procurement of photography shooting and editing services, as well as services for video production, recording and editing.

Eligibility requirements:

• Professional experience in the given domain within the last 3 years;
• No participation in liquidation (reorganization), insolvency and other termination procedures;
• To have a bank account with BC „Moldindconbank” S.A. or to open an account in case of winning the tender.

Additional bidder requirements:

• The bid shall be submitted both for the entire project and for each lot separately;
• The proposed price shall include the cost of taxes and duties in accordance with the applicable law (including VAT);

Bidding documents:

• Bid price in accordance with the tender requirements;
• Extract from the State Register of Legal Entities (copy);
• Permit/license to operate (copy);
• „Know Your Partner” Questionnaire;
• Statement for BC „Moldindconbank” S.A., confirming that the bidder is committed to applying the highest standards of ethical conduct and fraud and corruption policy.

Selection procedure:

• Selection criteria:
• Technical part – 50%;
• Financial offer – 50%.
• Bids will be treated confidentially and the company whose proposal meets the established evaluation criteria will be recognized as the awarded contractor;
• The Bank will inform the participants about the results of tender selection after full completion of the relevant procedure;
• The Bank reserves the right to inform the company about materials offered by other companies;
• The Bank shall have the right to reject any or all proposals and to withdraw from the tender at any time up to the signing of the contract with the winner, and shall be released from any liability to tenderers or third parties.

Submission of proposals:

• Please submit your proposals in a secure electronic format (password-protected) by 5 p.m. on 16.04.2024 to logistica@micb.md (the password will be sent by SMS message to the phone number or by e-mail upon request of the Bank’s representatives within 2 working days after the date set for receipt of proposals)
