Moldindconbank welcomes its customers in a completely modernized space with the reopening of its Centru Branch, located right in the bank’s headquarters at 38 Armenească Street. The new branch is more than just a renovated office—it is a step towards a friendlier, more comfortable banking experience that is closer to people, part of the bank’s 35-year commitment to its customers.

The Centru Branch has been redesigned to offer greater functionality and a more efficient service flow, making every visit to the bank simpler and faster. A modern, modular access platform (electric ramp) has been installed at the branch entrance for people with disabilities and parents with strollers, contributing to a more accessible space for everyone.

Separately, the central entrance to the Moldindconbank headquarters has also been modernized—the stairs and elevator have been renovated to improve access to the building.

The event was attended by members of the bank’s Board of Directors and Managing Board. The opening ceremony was attended by the institution’s management, together with the Centru branch team.

In turn, Chairman of the Moldindconbank’s Managing Board, Alexander Picker, spoke about the direction of the bank’s network modernization:

We redesigned the space so that each area is more functional and the main entrance is more accessible and visible. This is part of a comprehensive modernization process: last year we renovated nine branches, and this year we plan to give another 17 branches the same modern and consistent look that reflects the openness and dynamism of our bank.”

The director of the Centru Branch, Ion Arhip, highlighted the bank’s proximity to its customers and the diversity of services available: “By reopening the modernized branch, Moldindconbank is moving even closer to its customers, offering digital products tailored to their individual needs.
