Kindergarten No. 1 "Andries" in Ialoveni, the winner of the Choose Filters Instead of Plastic campaign, awarded by Moldindconbank and ULTRA

Moldindconbank and ULTRA electronics and home appliances showroom awarded Kindergarten No. 1 “Andries” in the town of Ialoveni ā the big winner of the 2025 edition of the national campaign “Choose filters instead of plastic,” which aimed to highlight the importance of clean water for children’s health and development.
The atmosphere was festive, emotional, and grateful, with the participation of Moldindconbank management, ULTRA representatives, local public authorities, parents, and, of course, the little winners. The children prepared a special artistic momentāthe same creative performance that convinced the jury and the audience that they deserved first place.
Parents sent messages of gratitude, and the director of the institution, Carolina Nofit, emphasized the importance of such a project for children’s health.

The winner received a full water filtration system, with free maintenance for one year, provided by ULTRAāa prize with a real impact on children’s health.

The “Choose filters instead of plastic” national campaign ran from July 14 to September 15, 2025, and brought together 114 kindergartens from across the country. They prepared drawings, collages, and videos themed “Why clean water is important for children.”
A jury selected 10 kindergartens for the final stage, and the winners were chosen by public vote on social media. Thus, Kindergarten No. 1 “Andries” in Ialoveni was chosen as the grand winner. Second and third place went to Kindergarten No. 36 “Ilenuta” in Balti and Kindergarten No. 3 “Lastarel” in Calarasi, which received professional water filters. The other seven finalist kindergartens were rewarded with vouchers worth 5,000 lei each, valid in the “Librarius” bookstore chain.
