During the first phase of the campaign, over 1 million citizens were informed in clear and friendly manner about all aspects of bankcard fraud, including digital fraud.

However, scammers are always coming up with new schemes that are increasingly difficult to detect, and it is our job to inform customers about them so they know what they are dealing with. Systematically, they will learn how to quickly identify when a scammer contacts them, when an SMS message or email is a fake, and how to act if they notice anything unusual.
