BC „Moldindconbank” S.A. hereby informs you that as of July 1, 2024 the annual interest rate for credit contracts granted under the State Program “First Home” will be reduced.

This change is due to the decrease in the reference rate for May 2024, published by the National Bank of Moldova (calculated as the weighted average interest rate on new deposits attracted in national currency with a term from 6 to 12 months), which constitutes 3.46%.
