We inform you about the emergence of a new method of fraud: scammers contact you by phone, pretending to be employees of the mobile operator, and ask you:

✔️ to change phone settings to “enable 5G”;

✔️ to reinstall the telecommunications application using a link received via SMS/WhatsApp /Telegram.

‼️ By following these instructions, scammers can gain remote access to your phone, bank accounts, and initiate transfers or take out credits on your behalf.

For the safety of data and financial means, we recommend:

✔️ DO NOT access suspicious links;

✔️ DO NOT install apps or updates from unknown sources;

✔️ Always check the information only on the official channels of the operator.

In case of suspicion of fraud, immediately call 112 (police), 022 71 71 71 (bank) or your mobile operator.
