A new security measure in the MICB Mobile Banking app!

Moldindconbank implements Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) for enhanced control of transactions made through the MICB Mobile Banking app and advanced protection in the digital environment.
From now on, to authorize certain transactions in the app, you will be required to confirm your identity by at least two of the following three elements:
✔️ Something only you know – a personalized code.
✔️ Something only you possess – your mobile device.
✔️ Something you are – fingerprint or facial recognition.
How to enable Strong Authentication – SCA?
1. Open the mobile app.
2. Click the “Activate” button in the window that appears.
3. Register the device by entering and confirming the OTP code received via SMS.
4. Set a personalized 5-digit code, which you will use for authentication and transaction authorization.
5. Confirm the code by re-entering it.
6. Enable biometric authentication, choosing between fingerprint or facial recognition for added protection.
Important!
The Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) only works on one registered device.
If you lose access to your mobile device, contact Support Service immediately at 022-71-71-71-71, 24/24, to deactivate SCA and securely restore access on a new device.
Attention!
✔️ Do not disclose your personalized code to anyone! It is for personal use only.
✔️ Make sure that only your own biometric data is stored in the app.
✔️ Do not entrust your phone to others to prevent unauthorized access.
