Nowadays, the card is one of the most widely used means of payment and should be used with care.

Prevention tips

  1. 1. DO NOT give your card details (card number, expiry date, name, etc.) to other people, even if they are or present themselves as bank employees;
  2. 2. DO NOT respond to SMS/email messages requesting bank details (card number, card expiry date, PIN code);
  3. 3. NEVER write your PIN code on the back of your card;
  4. 4. Block your card in the Mobile Banking app in case of loss/theft and notify the bank immediately at 022 71 71 71;
  5. 5. Manage your ATM and POS (physical or e-commerce) card transaction limits from the Mobile Banking app.
  6. 6. NEVER write your PIN code on the back of the card;
