Persons aged between 18 and 35.
Persons who will carry out entrepreneurial activity, including the provision of services, regardless of the organizational and legal form, and who have fully private authorized capital.
Persons who own at least 75% of the property of the enterprise, for all mentioned projects, except for the IFAD VII project (50% of the property of the enterprise).
Supporting persons who want to develop their entrepreneurial skills, to launch a new own business in rural areas and to develop their existing own business in rural areas.
For the purchase of goods and the provision of services, including for working capital in accordance with the general conditions of the Credit Line.
Financing of businesses engaged in agriculture, from rural areas of the country, as well as in other eligible activities, throughout the country, according to the general conditions for each credit project in force, from which the sub-project is financed.
IFAD VII – all types of legal activities, including agricultural and non-agricultural, income-generating activities in rural areas are eligible.
The interest rate and related charges are set according to the lending rates in force.
