Telesales Specialist, Telesales Division

The Telesales team is looking for an energetic, open and communicative person to join the team. Our colleagues have experience in sales, lending and are people-oriented. They will be good mentors in creating a successful sales career.

The team’s objective is to retain and extend the customer base by selling, promoting the banking services and products to existing and potential customers by phone.

Duties:

• To present, promote and sell the banking products and services by phone;
• To provide informational support to the bank’s customers;
• To participate in achieving team’s objectives by achieving your own objectives;

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills;
• Fluency in Romanian and Russian;
• Logical, structured thinking;
• Rapid assimilation of information;
