Training Centre

On October 10, 2021, Moldindconbank announced the official opening of the new Training Centre. The launch of the Training Centre is a part of the Bank’s strategy and one of its main objectives to become the best employer in the banking sector.

This initiative is in line with the Bank’s values: Customer Focus; The Best Team; Trust, Honesty and Excellence. Due to this new facility, the Bank will be able to improve the quality of customer service and will develop communication, technical and management skills.

The MICB Training Centre has 2 training rooms and a meeting room, with a total capacity of 70 people. The Centre has high-performance equipment, which will allow the trainers to use the entire range of methods and materials, to  run seminars and trainings on various subjects, both online and offline, effectively.

Currently, Moldindconbank is one of the largest employers in the financial and banking system, ensuring continuous development of over 1,600 employees and offering various training programs and career opportunities.

Triathlon Transformation Program

The Triathlon Transformation Program is a comprehensive study program aimed at developing and creating talent pools among the employees of the Bank.

Those wishing to be promoted have the opportunity to benefit from a multilateral training within the Moldindconbank Training Centre, to get positions in the field of lending to individuals and legal entities.

Going through each stage of the program, the employees are trained in areas related not only to lending products, but also to financial analysis, risk assessment, legal aspects and compliance. These aspects are followed by simulations and case studies, as well as, by honing skills in the art of banking sales and negotiations.

Banker to Be

The Banker to Be study program is intended for all those wishing to get a position within the Bank. It is an excellent opportunity to learn alongside Moldindconbank professionals.

What does Banker to Be imply?

It is a 3-week banking and finance training and mentoring program during which candidates acquire practical knowledge in operational customer service, banking lending and accounting, as well as communication and analytical skills.
