Support Specialist, 24/24 Support Division
The 24/24 Support team is looking for an energetic, open and communicative colleague.
Position background: to provide support to (potential) customers of the Bank who request the support service.
Duties:
- To be responsible for informing customers about the bank’s offers, products and services;
- To support customers in using cards and managing accounts/cards;
- To provide support to customers in using banking applications;
- To collaborate with other teams within the bank in order to provide a detailed answer to customers;
Requirements:
- Desire and skills of continuous learning and development;
- Fluency in Romanian and Russian;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer orientation;
- Conflict management skills;
- Resistance to stress;
