Project manager, Information technology department

The Information Technologies Department team is looking for a colleague for the position of Project manager.

The objective of the position is to ensure the IT project management process according to the bank’s requirements and needs.

Duties:

  • Ensures the coordination of the implementation team and the execution of project management activities according to the methodologies adopted by the institution, including the Agile methodology;
  • Ensures the planning of activities related to project implementation, monitoring and control of the execution of tasks according to the Project Plan;
  • Ensures the control of the completion of project tasks, the verification/acceptance of their deliverables, including the archiving and updating of project documentation;
  • Ensures the coordination of project documentation, such as: Concepts, Business Requirements, Technical Tasks, Flow Charts, User Guides, etc.;
  • Ensures the drafting and periodic updating of the Project Sheet, Plan, Service Notes, project execution reports, minutes and presentations related to the implementation of the project. Ensures periodic information of the management and the project team regarding the implementation level of the project and the next execution actions;
  • Acts as a team leader, supervises the activity and participates in the evaluation and motivation of the project team members;
  • Organizes and manages the project team, including through project management software applications such as the Jira application;
  • Identifies, analyzes and monitors risks related to the project, as well as comes up with proposals vis-à-vis preventive and/or corrective measures that need to be taken;
  • Ensures that all stakeholders have a clear view of their responsibilities for the project

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing IT projects for at least 4 years;
  • Knowledge of the literature in the field of information technologies, including the process and specifics of developing software systems.
  • Communication skills and cooperation with various subdivisions of the bank;
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information, planning, organization, decision-making, analysis and synthesis;
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio;
  • Knowledge of specialized applications for project management (eg: Microsoft Project, Jira, Redmine);
  • Knowledge of the Romanian and the Russian language;
  • Knowing an international language is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of legislation and normative acts in the banking field is an advantage;
  • PRINCE2 or PMP certification is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of the provisions of international project management standards (eg: Project Management Body of Knowledge – PMBOK), is an advantage.
