HR Generalist, Human Resources and Organizational Development Department

The recruitment and organizational development team is looking for a colleague for the position of HR Generalist.

Position background: to identify the best candidates to bring outputs and develop the bank.

Duties:

  • To manage a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment and employer brand development;
  • To manage corporate governance issues;
  • To report and analyze recruitment indicators.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Romanian, Russian, English –advanced level;
  • Experience of at least 1-2 years in the Generalist HR role or a similar one;
  • Excellent skills of communication and interaction with people;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them;
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to rapid changes.
