Fraud Control Specialist, SME and Premium Department

The SME and Premium department team is looking for a colleague for the position of Fraud Control Specialist.

The objective of the position is to ensure the identification of suspicious transactions, fraudulent transactions, unusual transactions and the monitoring of electronic transactions initiated from the Remote Service Automated System, optimizing processes and participating in the development of automated remote service products intended for legal entities.

Duties:

• Administration of electronic transactions initiated from the Automated Remote Service System of legal entities;
• Ensure the supervision of the system for detecting fraudulent activities related to the use of the Remote Service Automated System and the authorization of fraud events;
• Investigate, analyze and resolve fraud incidents;
• Identify solutions regarding process optimization and project development;
• Optimize the monitoring processes of fraudulent activities related to electronic transactions initiated from the Remote Service Automated System;
• Identify solutions for optimizing processes and developing automated remote service products for legal entities;
• Participate in the digitization of processes;
• Collaborate and coordinate DNI and projects with other subdivisions.

Requirements:

• Understanding the processes related to electronic transactions initiated from the Remote Service Automated System;
• Knowledge of processes and DNI in force for legal entities;
• Communication skills with clients and cooperation with various subdivisions of the bank;
• Ability to examine data, synthesize information for submitting proposals;
• Advanced user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
• Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian, English will be an advantage.
