ATM and POS Engineer, Digital Business and Cards Department

The terminal network management and card customization team is looking for a colleague for the position of ATM and POS service engineer.

The objective of the position is to provide the bank’s clients with services of the highest possible quality.

Duties:

• Installation of POS Terminals at Bank branches and merchants and you will train the staff;
• Consulting merchants regarding the use of the Bank’s terminal network;
• Monitoring and servicing the ATM network;
• Providing, as needed, telephone consultations to merchants and employees of the bank’s subdivisions who are directly involved in working with the POS and ATM.

Requirements:

• Energetic person and eager to learn new things;
• Higher technical studies;
• Advanced knowledge of the PC and its components;
• Experience working with technical equipment, network equipment, their maintenance and restoration;
• Good problem diagnosis and resolution skills;
• Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian, English – technical level.
