DevOps Engineer, Information Technology Department

Moldindconbank is expanding its Information Technology team and we’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to contribute to the development, automation, and reliability of our banking systems.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring solutions that support secure and scalable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with development, operations, and cross-functional teams.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and ensure fast, reliable releases.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Ansible.
  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system availability, performance, and security (Grafana, ELK stack).
  • Identify and optimize system performance bottlenecks at application, server, and network levels.
  • Create and maintain infrastructure documentation, processes, and best practices.
  • Investigate and resolve system incidents and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

  • Higher education in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, Debian).
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and Git branching strategies.
  • Hands-on experience configuring CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
  • Experience with build and artifact management tools such as Maven, Nexus, or similar.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools for Java and .NET (JUnit, Selenium, NUnit, xUnit).
  • Experience with code quality and static analysis tools such as SonarQube.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in FinTech or banking environments.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms or hybrid infrastructures.
