System Analyst, Information Technology Department

Moldindconbank is expanding its Information Technologies Department and is looking for a skilled System Analyst to support the analysis, design, and operation of IT systems and software solutions. You will work closely with development teams and stakeholders to turn business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and define system requirements, translating them into tasks for system development or enhancement.
• Prepare and coordinate technical documentation, including functional specifications and solution designs.
• Develop and review functional and integration specifications.
• Evaluate software architecture implementations and propose improvements.
• Lead grooming sessions with development teams to clarify and decompose requirements.
• Analyze business processes and ensure alignment with system functionality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Analyst in software development projects.
• Strong ability to analyze and document business processes and system requirements.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, pattern recognition, and working with multiple data sources.
• Experience with cross-platform analysis and system integration design, especially in high-load environments.
• Solid understanding of integration technologies, including REST, SOAP, XML, and XSD.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience designing complex queries for relational databases.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to assess the benefits and risks of software solutions and communicate them effectively to team members.
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Agile principles and the SCRUM framework.
• Experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data modeling tools.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience using UML for system design.
