If you are nevertheless in such a situation, and you identify an attempted fraud/corruption, please, notify us as soon as possible, using one of the following communication channels:

– the trust line – 022 71 71 71;

– the internal Antifraud portal;

– electronic message at antifrauda@micb.md;

– notification on paper, in the dedicated post box at the Central Office of the Bank (38 Armeneasca str., floor 1, Chisinau).

Notifications regarding payment cards:

– electronic message at Customer_Service@micb.md.
