Our History
Since 1959, Moldindconbank (formerly known as the Moldovian Industrial Construction Bank) has been an integral part of the financial landscape, initially emerging as the regional banking arm of the “State Republican Commercial Bank for Industry and Construction.” On October 25, 1991, it was reestablished as “Moldindconbank,” operating as a Joint-Stock Company.
In 2019, Moldindconbank welcomed Doverie United Holding AD, one of Bulgaria’s prominent holding companies, as its majority shareholder. This partnership marked a significant milestone, ushering in a new era of growth and stability for the bank under the stewardship of our European investor.
