Support Specialist, 24/24 Support Division

The 24/24 Support team is looking for an energetic, open and communicative colleague.

Position background: to provide support to (potential) customers of the Bank who request the support service.

Duties:

  • To be responsible for informing customers about the bank’s offers, products and services;
  • To support customers in using cards and managing accounts/cards;
  • To provide support to customers in using banking applications;
  • To collaborate with other teams within the bank in order to provide a detailed answer to customers;

Requirements:

  • Desire and skills of continuous learning and development;
  • Fluency in Romanian and Russian;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Conflict management skills;
  • Resistance to stress;
