Senior jurisconsult, Problematic Loans Department

The team of the Problematic Loans Department is looking for a colleague for the position of senior Senior jurisconsult.

The objective of the position is to carry out legal activities regarding the recovery of problematic debts, in accordance with the requirements set out in the department’s objectives.

Duties:

• You will represent the Bank’s interests in courts and before other entities in order to recover problematic claims;
• You will draw up documents of a legal nature, necessary for carrying out the recovery procedures of problematic debts through mediation, through the courts and through forced execution;
• You will represent the Bank’s interests in insolvency proceedings;
• You will represent the Bank’s interests in enforcement procedures (evictions, seizure of the debtor’s assets, etc.);
• You will make legal opinions regarding matters related to the recovery of problematic loans;
• You will draw up plans and reports related to the managed procedures.

Requirements:

• Higher legal studies;
• Deep knowledge of the legal system that regulates debt recovery activity;
• Experience in the financial-banking field of at least 2 years is an advantage;
• Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages, English is an advantage;
• Responsibility, professional independence, ability to work in a team, focus on results, compliance with terms;
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point.
