Product manager, SME and Premium Department

The SME and Premium department team is looking for a colleague for the position of Product Manager.

The objective of the position is to ensure the optimization of processes and the development of lending products intended for legal entities.

Duties:

• Administration and development of credit products of legal entities;
• Optimization and managing of product sales processes;
• Development of new products and services;
• Participation in the digitalization of products;
• Participation in the development of strategic projects;
• Collaboration and coordination of the DNI and projects with other subdivisions;
• Identification of solutions in process optimization and project development;
• Elaboration of DNI;
• Carrying out market research.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing and selling banking products for legal entities;
• Knowledge of processes and DNI in force for legal entities;
• Communication skills and cooperation with various subdivisions of the bank;
• The ability to examine data, synthesize information and submit proposals;
• Confident user of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
