Incident management specialist, Banking Risks Department

The operational risk management team is looking for a colleague for the position of Incident Management Specialist.

The objective of the position is to implement and oversee the business continuity management framework related to business processes, to ensure the effective management of business continuity incidents and the Bank’s ability to continue its critical operations in crisis situations, natural disasters and/or other emergency situations.

Duties:

• Contribution to the development of processes and procedures aimed at ensuring the continuity of the Bank’s business in operational incident situations
• To develop rapid and effective reaction measures of the Bank in crisis situations, ensuring that the bank can continue its operational activity
• Collaboration with various subdivisions of the Bank regarding the testing of operational incident response measures
• To prepare reports related to the results of the testing of reaction measures to operational incidents
• To organize and coordinate the annual business impact analysis process at the Bank level
• To coordinate the response activities in case of interruption of the activity to ensure the return of the Bank to normal activity in the shortest possible time
• Prepare reports related to operational incidents and propose measures to improve response measures within the Bank’s continuity plan
• To organize and provide training to the Bank’s employees regarding the business continuity framework

Requirements:

• Business continuity experience of at least 3 years
• Critical thinking and analytical capabilities
• The ability to present the point of view professionally and objectively
• Proactivity and willingness to work in a team
• Willingness to learn and self-develop
• Knowledge of the Romanian language, knowledge of the English language is an advantage
