Corporate Financial Analyst, Corporate Department  

The Corporate Department team is looking for a colleague for the position of Corporate Financial Analyst.

Position background: assessment of the financial situation of the debtor/surety, as well as the management and continuous monitoring of the product portfolio exposed to credit risk and deposit risk of the CORPD. Subsequent verification of credit files according to the internal regulations of the Bank.

Duties:

• To enter into the information system of the Bank credit/ pledge/ mortgage/ surety/ assignment/ deposit agreements, bank guarantees and documentary letters of credit and related supplementary agreements;
• To check the registration of pledge/mortgage agreements with the authorized bodies in accordance with the internal requirements and regulations;
• To request credit resources only after checking the group exposure, established limits, existence/lack of arrears, collateral coverage, registration of pledge and other credit conditions;
• To check the persons related to the debtor in order to determine the exposure of the group of interdependent customers related to the debtor;
• To take actions for the identification of the beneficial owner of corporate customers;
• To analyze the financial situation of the debtor and the surety in accordance with the internal regulations;
• To evaluate the financial situation of the corporate customer and determine the rating according to the internal regulations of customer classification;
• To monitor the credits granted to corporate customers throughout the entire term.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics;
• Knowledge of the normative acts that regulate the banking activity;
• Competences to analyze the economic and financial situation of enterprises;
• Knowledge of Romanian, Russian (advantage);
• Computer skills at user level;
• Analytical, communication and teamwork skills;
• Honesty, responsibility, sociability, diligence and teamwork skills.
