Branch manager, Alecu Russo branch

We are looking for colleague for the position of director of the Alecu Russo branch.

The objective of the position is to organize and ensure the realization of the business plan, the sale of banking products, the proper functioning of internal control and risk management, the attraction of deposits, the expansion of the Bank’s customer base, the strict monitoring of the loan portfolio and the repayment of granted loans, the assessment and undertaking of actions maintaining and strengthening the Bank’s position on the banking market.

Duties:

  • Organize and ensure the fulfillment of the profit and sales plans of the Bank’s products according to the Branch’s business plan;
  • Ensures the increase of the customer base, actively sells and promotes the Bank’s products and services, strictly monitors the loan portfolio and its quality;
  • Implement new banking products in a timely manner and ensure the correct application of legislation and internal normative documents;
  • Control the activity of the Branch in accordance with the requirements established by internal regulations;
  • Ensures information security and preserves banking and commercial secrecy within the Branch, compliance by employees with the principles provided by the Bank’s information security policy and standards, promotion of these principles in relations with clients and other partners, ensures compliance with other normative acts related to the field of information security;
  • Represents the bank within the limits of the powers granted in relations with clients, state bodies and other subjects of public or private law, contributing to the promotion of a favorable image of the Bank, etc.

Requirements:

  • Higher studies in the field of economic sciences;
  • Experience in the financial-banking field of at least 5 years;
  • Fluent knowledge of the Romanian and Russian languages;
  • Knowledge of the legislation in force in the banking field, products, rules and procedures associated with the activity;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Ability to organize, plan and control;
  • Orientation towards the client and result;
  • Sales and negotiation skills
