Application Support Engineer, Information Technology Department

The Front Systems Divison is looking for a new colleague to join the team as an Application Support Engineer, responsible for the operation and support of credit systems based on BPMN processes and scoring solutions.

This role involves analyzing and resolving incidents reported by business users, improving existing applications, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure system stability and performance.

What you will do:

  • Manage incidents and provide operational support for the assigned systems;
  • Identify system bottlenecks and optimize performance (metrics, flows, processes);
  • Collaborate with technical teams (DevOps, DBA, Infrastructure, InfoSec, DWH, etc.);
  • Create and maintain technical documentation in Confluence;
  • Administer microservices running in Docker environments;
  • Work with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, including executing DML operations (SELECT, UPDATE, INSERT, DELETE);
  • Interact with vendors and integrators for technical support and implementations.

What we are looking for:

Mandatory skills:

  • Experience using browser WebTools for application diagnostics;
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, routing, firewalls);
  • Experience with Linux, Docker, and CI/CD processes (Jenkins, Nexus, Bitbucket);
  • Strong SQL skills (Oracle / PostgreSQL);
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Zabbix;
  • Experience administering Consul services;
  • Experience managing secrets using Vault.

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of system architecture;
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes;
  • Experience working with Redis;
  • Knowledge of Creatio or CFront platforms is a plus.

  • Backend: Java, Flowable BPM, Spring Boot, JasperReports, JDBC
