Senior System Analyst (Creatio), Information Technology Department

Moldindconbank is expanding its Front System Team! We are seeking a Senior System Analyst specialized in Creatio to play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey.

In this position, you will contribute directly to the design, configuration, and optimization of our Unified Front System (UFS) on the Creatio platform. Your mission is to consolidate fragmented applications into a powerful “Single Window” ecosystem that supports SME Lending, Retail Banking, and Contact Center operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the overall solution architecture in Creatio, including data models, object structures, and business logic, focusing on performance and scalability.
• Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements in close collaboration with Product Owners for SME and Retail workstreams.
• Design and support complex integrations with Core Banking (ABS B2), Card Processing, DWH, and Telephony (Asterisk).
• Prepare detailed API specifications using REST, SOAP, and OData.
• Independently configure Business Processes (BPMN), Dynamic Case Management (DCM), and Freedom UI using no-code / low-code approaches.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to delegate and manage complex C# development tasks.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation in Confluence, including ER diagrams, Sequence diagrams, and Data Mapping.
• Support implementation and delivery phases, including monitoring performance and driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Participate in CRM modernization, migration, and system expansion projects.

Requirements

• Higher education in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, with at least 1–2 years working with the Creatio platform.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including complex queries for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, Webhooks) and tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
• Good understanding of JSON and XML data formats.
• Expertise in BPMN 2.0 and UML (Sequence, Activity, and Component diagrams).
• Understanding of banking processes (KYC/KYB, Customer 360, Loan Origination) is a strong advantage.
• Experience with high-load systems and PostgreSQL performance optimization is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of C# (.NET) or JavaScript is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
