Process Manager, Transformation and Operational Efficiency Department

The team of the transformation and operational efficiency department is looking for a dynamic, positive colleague for the position of Process Manager to improve the efficiency of processes within BC “Moldinconbank” SA.

Duties:

  • Alignment of processes with strategic development objectives;
  • Identification of the value flow and the impact factors on the performance of the processes;
  • Establishing the system of indicators for the continuous improvement of process performance;
  • Determination and follow-up of the process improvement plan;
  • Development of the visual process management system;
  • Self-evaluation of the performance level of the processes;
  • Decision-making to implement improvement solutions;
  • Coordinating the Process Improvement Team.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the lending process within financial institutions (banks and/or non-bank lending), including knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, risk management and best operational practices;
  • Analytical and evaluation skills capable of covering the ability to analyze current lending processes, identify deficiencies and develop data-based strategies for optimization and improvement;
  • Skilled in communication and collaboration (effective interaction with different teams, presentations, influence/persuasion);
  • Firm orientation towards results, team spirit;
  • Knowledge of tools used for process optimization (DMAIC, Lean, 6 Sigma) is an advantage.
