SME Customer Relations Manager, Centru and Ciocana Branch

We are looking for a colleague for the position of SME Customer Relations Manager.

Position background: to ensure the business plan, promote and sell banking products and services, as well as to ensure the correct registration of some operations in this regard.

 Duties:

• To promote and sell banking products and services, especially lending products;
• To attract new SME customers and maintain relations with the existing SME customers;
• To examine requests for products exposed and not exposed to the credit risk, including preparation and submission for examination/approval of materials related to the customer’s file;
• To check the correspondence of the contractual terms with the decisions on the conclusion of transactions;
• To perform the financial analysis and estimation of risky transactions for SME customers with the formulation of related proposals for other subdivisions and bodies of the bank;
• To prepare, develop and update internal and external reports and informative notes of the Bank subject to the duties of the Regional Center;
• To draw up credit and pledge contracts related to SME credit facilities and amendments to them subject to the decisions approved by the competent bodies;
• To monitor the credits granted to SME customers throughout the entire development period.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics;
• Experience in lending of at least 2 years;
• Sales and negotiation skills;
• Communication and teamwork skills;
• Skills to analyze the economic and financial situation of enterprises;
• Knowledge of the normative acts that regulate banking activity;
• Fluency in Romanian and Russian;
• Driving license of category B with driving experience (advantage).
