Mass Market Customer Relationship Manager, Telecentru Branch, Centru Branch, Hîncești, Ștefan cel Mare Branch

The Bank’s branch teams are looking for colleagues for the position of Mass Market Customer Relations Manager.

Position background: to ensure the business plan, promote and sell banking products and services, as well as ensure correct registration of some operations in this regard.

Duties: 

• To promote and sell banking products and services, especially credit products;
• To attract customers and maintain relationships with existing Mass Market customers;
• To ensure compliance with the rules for keeping credit, accounting records, storage and keeping on technical media of the accounting data, as well as to verify their correctness;
• To prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports according to the established requirements.

Requirements: 

• Higher education in economics;
• Selling and negotiation skills;
• Communication and teamwork skills;
• Knowledge of the normative acts that regulate the banking activity;
• Competences to analyze the economic and financial situation of enterprises;
• Fluency in Romanian and Russian;
• Computer skills at user level;
• Honesty, responsibility, sociability, diligence and teamwork skills.
