Business Trainer, Human Resources and Organizational Development Department

The team of the Development and Training Division is looking for a colleague for the position of Business Trainer.

Position background: to train employees according to the training plan and achieve strategic objectives.

Duties:

  • To organize initial/continuous professional trainings within the Bank;
  • To participate in managing training activities and delivering trainings according to course programs;
  • To develop training materials and provide assistance to program managers, in the development of the study programs and their implementation;
  • To participate in implementing the annual training plan for the employees of the Bank;
  • To manage the HR platform in terms of staff training and development;
  • To participate in the organization of corporate trainings, contests and other events.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher economic/financial education;
  • Work experience in banking for at least 1.5 years, in the field of lending will be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian;
  • Well-organized person and eager to develop continuously;
  • Impeccable presentation and diction;
  • Ability to listen and transmit information;
