The launch of the Training Centre is a part of the Bank\u2019s strategy and one of its main objectives to become the best employer in the banking sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This initiative is in line with the Bank\u2019s values: Customer Focus; The Best Team; Trust, Honesty and Excellence. Due to this new facility, the Bank will be able to improve the quality of customer service and will develop communication, technical and management skills.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The MICB Training Centre has 2 training rooms and a meeting room, with a total capacity of 70 people.
